When I met Drummer Michael Carvin at APAP he was sitting in the hallway outside one of the performance venues waiting to go on.

We started talking and he began telling me about his career as a  Drummer and then about the relationship singers have with band members musically.

After about 10 minutes I decided we should continue the conversation on “tape”.
